For referring offices

New patients are seen by referral only.  The practice is open to both adults and children. Referrals must

be faxed to 705-727-7670.  If appointment is medically urgent, doctors must clearly indicate this on

the referral note.  Dr. David Fischer reviews all requests for medically urgent consideration.

Referring doctors contact patients directly with appointment information.  We will fax back confirmation

after the appointment is booked.
